As co-founder and Sales Director, Duncan leads with genuine warmth, experience, and an unwavering focus on doing right by the customer. Having lived and worked in Hampshire for decades, he knows the local business landscape inside out – and he’s built Parkwood’s reputation on trust, clarity, and a commitment to making things easy for clients.
His career spans over 30 years in the print and document industry, and he brings all that practical knowledge into every solution he designs. Whether you’re reviewing your current copier setup or thinking bigger about how to reduce admin strain, Duncan’s approach is always rooted in what will work best for you and your people.
A natural communicator, Duncan’s energy fuels the creation of Parkwood’s client-focused services, including their popular “Just Print” model and tailored support programmes. He’s also the driving force behind the company’s long-term partnerships with Sharp – a product range he champions for its quality, reliability, and real-world value.

Mike Stevens joined Parkwood Copiers and Printers in 2017 and quickly became the technical backbone of the business. With roots in the industry dating back to the mid-1980s, Mike brings unmatched hands-on knowledge, deep technical insight, and a calm, get-it-sorted approach to every client relationship.
As Technical Director, Mike is responsible for making sure everything works the way it should – and keeps working. From selecting the right Sharp device for a customer’s needs to designing system integrations and overseeing nationwide service standards, Mike ensures Parkwood solutions are always dependable and future-ready.
Mike’s reputation is built on doing things right the first time. He’s shaped Parkwood’s 95%+ uptime service model, developed robust preventative maintenance routines, and made sure every engineer carries the parts they need to fix issues on the first visit, nine times out of ten.
Alongside Duncan, Mike also co-directs Parkwood’s trade supply and print production ventures, ensuring local businesses receive not just reliable service, but exceptional value.
Hampshire born and bred, Mike is a married man with a deep commitment to the community and clients he serves. His technical leadership – paired with a real-world understanding of business pressures – helps keep Parkwood customers running smoothly and stress-free.
